There are various benefits of waking up early in the morning, Getting up EARLY In the morning helps you to sustain a healthier diet, Late snoozers tend to skip breakfast, because they try to get in every last wink of sleep and thus they skip breakfast, which is bad, however our body needs nutrients in the morning for energy and focus, Waking up early in the morning increase productivity, Some of the most successful people are Early Risers.

Early Morning risers are good in decision making, Waking up early in the morning helps to improve mental growth, Studies say morning risers are often more Positive, more optimistic and more likely to experience satisfaction in their lives. Waking up early in the morning gives more time to exercise however doing an exercise in an afternoon is not wrong, but doing exercise early morning will make you feel more energized and will help you not to get tired. Waking up early gives you the quality of sleep which is the most important thing to feel energized and to make your day and life healthy happy and Focused towards your goal.

However, Most of the people Face Trouble of waking up early in the morning with energy, Hence even if you want to Wake up early in the morning with energy and want your day and life to be happy, healthy and full of positivity.

1. Identity

Most of the People Hold Identity For themselves. For example, They say that I face trouble of getting up early in the morning, Because I am Not a Morning Person, The very first thing you need to Understand That Your Behavior match up with your Identity that you hold for yourself, If you say that I am not a morning person You are going to live up to that, People believe that they are born in certain category either they are morning Person or night out person, All you need to understand is, that it’s a wrong perception, things are not like that. For example, if I say to you, if you wake up at 4 am for three months, and if you do so, I will give you 1 million dollars, then suddenly your behavior will change and You will become a morning person, It’s just an identity we hold for ourselves, so hold an identity that you are an all-round person, Maybe you are effective in the morning or at night or in the afternoon, you are an all-round person. So hold positive identity for yourself.

2. Preparing yourself before going to bed

Highly recommend to you , that you prepare yourself before going to bed so that you can wake up early in the morning with energy, Because How you go to bed influences how you wake up, For this I would recommend Make sure That three to Four hours before you go to bed You are not having food, Avoid having sugary items, like chocolate, coffee, soft drink or anything which contains sugar. Because what happens going to bed immediately after having food, your body keeps on working whole night whereas your mind rest, your body works whole night to digest food which you had before sleeping, because body didn’t get a chance to digest it before you go to sleep, hence when you wake up in the morning.

you feel tired, because your body was working whole night. Two things which takes your maximum Energy is Sex and Digestion, so Talking about digestion you need to be careful of the food that you are having before you go to bed, so avoid having food while going to bed, have your dinner 4 to 5 hours before going to bed. Doing this you will see a change in yourself,It will be great if you have food full of green vegetables have some meals that’s full of water rich foods to hydrate yourself.

3. Wake up without an alarm clock

Here I will share some tips to wake up naturally without using an alarm, and feeling energized:

First tip, Set a Time when you want to wake up, for example around 5 am or 6 am, set a time.Second

Second tip,You need to set an alarm 10 minutes after the time you set to wake up early in the morning, for example you set a time to wake up around 6 am so set an alarm of around 6.10 am

Third tip, In this process, you tell to yourself, to matchup yourself, You say “I DEMAND MY SUBCONCIOUS MIND TO WAKE ME UP AT 6 AM, and you need to repeat this to yourself again and again, for atleast 4 to 5 times, This may sound little weird but if you do it, you will definitely see the difference,so try it.

Fourth tip, after doing all three steps go to the bed and close your eyes turn the lights off, then go to the process of visualization, you see that yourself waking up early in the morning, and your feeling energized, when you do visualization you feel energized, vibrant and that clarity in thinking,.repeat this process over and over again atleast 10 to 15 times but very quickly,only should take 3 to 4 minutes.( for some this process may work at very first time and for some it may take time) if you wake up in the middle at night for drinking water, or for bath room repeat the process quickly. It will work surely.

4. Morning Ritual

Have a morning ritual, things you can do immediately after waking up in the morning, for example going to bathroom then have two glass of water, it will help you to deoxtify your body, make you feel energized, if you sleep 8 hrs a day, for that 8 hrs your body was dehydrated, so your body is starving water, so do drink water after waking up, the next thing you can do, is can go for a morning walk, maybe small walk at least for 5 to 10 minutes, or do exercise it can be jumping jack as well and do read books, it will help to improve your memory, and after doing all this you will feel energized, fresh and more active, at least have some morning ritual, Some of the people feel after waking up in the morning remaining static that is when the most energy is generated, no its not like that, sitting on couch watching tv playing games, going thorugh social media will not generate energy, because Motions creates emotions, when you go out, have a walk, do jumping jack, do certain exercise is when energy is generated, so have morning ritual.

5. Use bed, for one thing, i:e for sleeping

Most of the time people use bed for browsing phone, going through social media, using phone lying on bed, watching tv, eating food on bed, no that’s not right, because our brain look for cues for habits, brain starts associating for example, Eat = lets feel hunger, watch shows= excited, sleep= getting tired feeling, feeling sleepy hence if you use your bed only for sleeping, your brain will associate bed only with sleep so the moment you lay in the bed you start feeling sleepy.if you find hard time to sleep reading a book is perfectly ok, it will help you to fall in sleep nicely reasing is nearly stimulating as browsing through your phone or watching TV.

 

6. Get enough sleep

This tip is the most important one, If you do not get enough sleep no matter what trick you poke you will wake up feeling tired,your body needs certain amount of sleep to function properly, it’s a biological fact, so what you need to do is at least have 7 to 8 hours sleep, for example if you have to wake up around 7 am in the morning then go to bed at around 11 pm. And the best trick is to head to bed at the same time every single day, and if you do that you will naturally automatically start feeling tired 1 hour before your bed time.

All these benefits and tips altogether brings great benefit, possibly living longer healthier life, and helps you to avoid hypertension, stress, anxiety, diabetes, heart disease and many more deadly aliments that you can think of.
