IS Your Shampoo–The reason for your Hairfall? Read to know more and find 8 amazing tips to reduce it.

There is one common problem that that most of us are facing today—That’s hair fall. Age is no longer criteria for the Hair fall.

Hair fall is caused due to lot of reasons like pollution, stress and other lifestyle habits like Excessive smoking and drinking.

Often we blame our shampoos and conditioners for the hair fall. But they are not usually the cause.

Sometimes the cause can be a lot deeper like hormonal Imbalance. Get a blood test and see what issue you have. It could be thyroid imbalance, D3, B12, folic acid deficiencies or even lack of protein causes a hair fall.

There are a lot of other imbalances like PCOD and PCOS in  most young women. If you come under this category, there are few fixes in addition to what the doctors prescribe.

1.Drink Coconut water daily.


Coconut water is rich in Vitamins and minerals like the B vitamin and potassium. It is also a rich source of antioxidants which help prevent and repair the damage. It also keeps the hair and scalp nourished and healthy.

2.Handful Of Flax seeds


Flax seeds are high in omega 3fatty acid. Omega 3 fatty acid helps you avoid a dry scalp, and nourish your hair. It also increases the hair elasticity which means less breakage.

3.Carrot are rich in Vitamin A


Drink carrot juice everyday for quick hair-growth. The hair contains the fastest growing tissues in the body and vitamin A is required for growth of every cell. It also helps the scalp in producing natural sebum oil which keeps its roots healthy.

Another major causes for hairfall is excessive heat in the body and acidity. This is caused eating lot of spicy food or lack of water.



Water plays a very important role in our body by providing the supplements to the roots of your hair. We need ateast 2-3 litres of water daily.

5.Cardamom or ( Elaichi)  


Another easy way to get the heat out is by eating a whole Cardamom ( or Elaichi) every morning.

Cardamom protects our hair from potential damages. It makes your hair strong from the roots and adds shine to it.

6.Yoga- Sasangasana 


Lack of blood supply to your scalp also causes Hairfall. A very simple fix with this is by doing Sasangasan. If you cannot do this posture, just lie flat in your bed, suspend your head backward and stay in that position for 5mins until you feel the blood rush.

7.Bael Leaf      

This tiny wonder is called Bael leaf or “ Billi pata”. Its very easily available. All you need to do is wash it and eat 3 leaves every single day or a teaspoon of Bael leaf powder, within one week you will see the reduction in your hair fall.

8.Lavender Oil

Add Lavender Oil into your shampoo and conditioner. Lavender Oil promotes hair growth and treats various hair problems like hair loss, alopecia, dandruff, etc. Lavender Oil not only help in reducing hair fall but also helps in blood circulation. Regular message of this oil helps in curing Insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression, which are also the common causes of hair loss.
